Description Controllers
Which gaming controller should you choose in 2026?
Finding the right gaming controller has never been more complicated. Between pricey official models, unlicensed copies and mid-range options that struggle to convince, it’s hard to know where to turn. At Subsonic, we’ve taken a simple approach: to offer you quality wireless controllers with excellent value for money, compatible with most platforms:
- PS5
- PS4
- Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch
- PC
Whether you’re looking for an affordable PS5 controller to complete your setup, a wireless Switch 2 controller to play wherever you are, or an officially licensed Dragon Ball or One Piece controller to show off your passion, you’re sure to find what you’re looking for in our range.
PS5, PS4, Switch or PC controller
The choice will of course depend on your platform: PC, console... You will therefore first need to check whether the controller model is compatible with your console. Please note that the Subsonic Switch controllers are all dual-compatible with Switch and Switch 2.
The PS5 controller: the holy grail
The PS5 controller is now the most sought-after gaming controller on the gaming market. The official Sony model is excellent, but its price often exceeds €70. High-quality alternatives such as those from Subsonic make it possible to enjoy a wireless PS5 controller that performs well for under €50, with no compromise on comfort or reliability.
Our wireless PS5 controllers have ideal battery life for long gaming sessions. And for gaming and pop culture fans, our officially licensed Dragon Ball and One Piece models bring a unique touch you won't find anywhere else at this price. Our DBZ and One Piece controllers are official products.
The PS4 controller is hanging on for dear life
The PS4 remains a very popular console in the gaming market. Its official controller ages well, but it gets scratched, wears out, and often ends up with the analogue sticks giving up. Our wireless PS4 controllers Subsonic are a solid alternative with excellent value for money. Subsonic also offers PlayStation-compatible controllers under official licences for Dragon Ball and One Piece. A perfect range for replacing a faulty controller or offering a second controller for two-player gaming.
The Switch 2 and Switch controller
Since the launch of the Nintendo Switch 2, demand has soared for reasonably priced Switch 2-compatible controllers. Subsonic offers a Switch 2 wireless controller from just €26.99 and Switch. Our controllers provide a comfortable, intuitive grip, with reliable wireless connectivity and full compatibility with both generations of console.
For manga fans, our Dragon Ball and One Piece controllers are also available on Switch and Switch 2. This is the ideal gift for players looking for an original controller in the colours of their favourite hero.
The PC controller
The good news with our Subsonic PS5 and PS4 controllers is that they are all compatible with PC via a wireless connection. No need to buy a dedicated controller. Whether you play on Steam, Epic Games or via emulation, our controllers connect easily and offer broad compatibility with the PC games on the market.
Officially licensed controllers: our real difference
That’s where Subsonic really stands out. In a highly competitive gaming controller market, dominated by the big brands, we chose to offer something that no one else does at this price: gaming controllers under official licences, developed in partnership with the rights holders.
Dragon Ball Super controller: for manga fans
Vegeta, Goku, Frieza… The iconic Dragon Ball characters are coming to your controller. Developed under official Toei Animation licence, our Dragon Ball controllers are available on PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2 and PC. We also offer a mobile version compatible with iOS, Android and Steam. A 100% official certified product, with a refined design, that will appeal to both collectors and gamers.
Looking for a Dragon Ball gift idea for a video game fan? It’s probably the best option on the market for a gift under €50.
One Piece controller: embark on a new adventure
Luffy, the Jolly Roger, the iconic colours of the Straw Hat crew… Our officially licensed One Piece controller is a rare find. Available on PS5, PS4, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PC, iOS and Android, it is one of the few One Piece-licensed controllers available on the market, at a super affordable price.
Compatible with iOS and Android, it’s aimed at both console players and mobile gamers: a real Swiss Army knife for fans of Oda’s universe. A lovely gift idea for manga fans.
