Frequently asked questions

You can connect your SV200, SV250, SV450, SV650 or SV750 steering wheel to a Nintendo Switch by following the procedure below:

1) Before connecting your steering wheel, switch on the console and go to console settings / Controllers & sensors / Pro Controller cable connection.

Controllers & sensors / Pro controller cable connection. Press "Yes".

2) Switch off your console.

3) Plug the cable into the usb port on the console dock.

4) Switch on the console.

5) Press the "Home" button on the steering wheel.

Here's how to connect your Steering Wheel to a PS4 or Xbox Series X/S console (applies to all Superdrive references):

1) Leave your console switched off and connect your steering wheel to the console's USB port and your controller's micro USB port.

2) Switch on your console using the power button (not the controller).

3) Once the console is switched on, press the "Home" button on your controller.

Here's how to connect your Steering Wheel to an Xbox Serie X/S, Xbox One console:

1) Leave your console switched off and connect your steering wheel to the console's USB port and your controller's micro USB port.

2) Switch on your console using the power button (not the controller).

3) Once the console is switched on, press the "Home" button on your controller.

Here's how to connect your Steering Wheel to your PC:

1) Switch on your PC.

2) Plug the pedalboard cable into the port on the steering wheel.

3) Plug the steering wheel's USB cable into one of the PC's USB ports. A Windows utility will automatically launch to install the device.

4) At the end of this operation, LED n°1 remains lit.

5) The steering wheel is ready for use.

Please note GS650-X, GS850-x and GS950-X steering wheels are not PC-compatible.

1) IMPORTANT: The steering wheel uses the X-Input protocol by default, so it's compatible with the latest games. Some older games use the direct Input protocol. To switch to direct Input mode, press and hold the Home/Mode button for 3 seconds, the status LED will flash to indicate the change. This mode will then be used by default.

2) You can switch from one mode to the other at any time by holding down the Home/Mode button for 3 seconds.

PS4 and Xbox One compatible wheels: All wheels.

Xbox Serie X/S compatible wheels: SV450, SV750, GS550, GS750, GS850-X.

Nintendo Switch compatible wheels: SV200, SV450,SV750.

PC-compatible wheels: SV200, SV450, SV750, GS550, GS750.

Some games use different key combinations than those assigned by default on the steering wheel.

In this case, you'll need to reconfigure the buttons on your steering wheel.

To take advantage of the steering wheel in Gran Turismo, you need to go to the game's control options, then deactivate the "steering wheel control" option and activate the "joystick control" option.

Select "Options" or "My menu" -> "Options" from the GT menu to open the Options menu.

Only our SV650, SV710, SV750, SV950 steering wheels are compatible with gaming headsets with a 3.5 jack connection. (The GS850-X steering wheel is also headset-compatible, but only on PS4).

In this case, you need to connect the headset to the 3.5 jack on the back of the wheel.

Other steering wheels are not compatible with gaming headsets with a 3.5 jack. However, you can use a headset with a USB connection.

1) Simultaneously press the OPTIONS and SHARE buttons for 3 seconds. The LED on the steering wheel lights up green.

2) Then press the programmed button you wish to reset. The LED on the steering wheel flashes green.

3) Press the same button again. The LED goes out, the key is now reset.

Here's how to connect your Steering Wheel to a PS4 or Xbox Series X/S console:

1) Leave your console switched off and connect your Steering Wheel to the console's USB port and your controller's micro USB port.

2) Switch on your console using the power button (not the controller).

3) Once the console is switched on, press the "Home" button on your controller.

It's important to use the cable supplied with your steering wheel, or the official cable for your console: it's imperative to use a data transfer cable to operate your steering wheel.

The Superdrive racing simulation cockpit is easy to modify and remove thanks to its numerous screws, so you can adjust the depth of your seat, the height of the steering wheel support and choose the perfect angle for your pedals.

To connect the Wireless Controller Switch to your console, follow these steps:

1. Switch on your console

2. Go to the "Controllers" menu

3. Then go to "Change style/order"

4. Press and hold the "HOME" button on the controller for 5 seconds to switch it on. The LEDs light up and flash rapidly, and the joystick enters pairing mode.

5. When the joystick appears on the screen, pairing is complete. On the controller, the LEDs stop flashing and only the LED indicating the player remains lit.

To connect the Wireless Controller PS4/PC to your PS4 console, follow these steps:

1. Switch on the console

2. Connect the switched-off controller to one of the console's USB ports, using the USB cable supplied.

3. press the "PS" button: the controller connects and the LED indicator lights up. The controller is now ready for use.

To connect the Wireless Controller PS4/PC to your PC, follow the steps below:

Wired mode:

1. Switch on your PC

2. Connect the switched-off controller to one of the PC's USB ports, using the USB cable supplied.

3. press the "PS" button: the controller connects and the LED indicator lights up. The controller is ready for use. It is recognized as a "Controller (Xbox 360 for Windows)".

Wireless mode:

1. switch on your PC and enable Bluetooth

2. in Bluetooth settings, click on "Add a new Bluetooth device".

3. On the controller, press the "PS" + "SHARE" buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.

4. Choose "Wireless Controller" from the list of available devices.

5. The controller connects and the LED indicator lights up. The controller is ready for use.

You can update your controller by downloading the attached driver.

1) Download the driver by clicking here

2) Connect the supplied usb cable to your wireless controller

3) Press and hold the L3 button (the controller's left analog joystick) while connecting your controller to the computer.

4) Start the update by clicking on the driver's "Update" button

To create a streaming video, you need streaming software.

Numerous software packages for Microsoft Windows, Mac OS and Linux (free or paid) are available on the Internet: Streamlabs OBS, OBS Studio, X-Split, GameShow, vMix, Telestream Wirecast, etc.

Download and install the software of your choice on your computer.

We recommend that you use the open-source Streamlabs OBS software, as it's free, intuitive and easy to use for beginners.

STREAM CAM 1080p :

  1. Connect the camera to one of your computer's USB ports.
  2. An installation utility will automatically launch. After a few moments, the camera is recognized by the computer.
  3. In the software, go to the "video capture device" section and select RAIDEN Stream Cam 1080p from the list of devices available.

The camera can be placed on a screen or table, thanks to its 2-position stand.

STREAM MIC USB :

  1. Connect the microphone to one of your computer's USB ports using the USB cable supplied. The microphone LED will light up.
  2. An installation utility will then launch automatically. After a few moments, the microphone is recognized by the computer.
  3. In the software, go to the "audio input capture device" section and select RAIDEN Stream Mic USB from the list of suggested devices.

STREAM BOX FULL HD :

  1. Plug the console you'll be playing on into the HDMI IN port (3) using an HDMI cable (not included).
  2. Connect the box to your computer using the USB 3.0 cable supplied (1). The box's green LED (2) lights up. We recommend that you use a USB 3.0 port on your computer to avoid latency. However, you can also use a conventional USB port.
  3. An installation utility will then launch automatically. After a few moments, the box is recognized by the computer. The green LED on the box (2) remains lit.
  4. In the software, go to the "video capture device" section and select RAIDEN Stream Box Full HD from the list of proposed devices to obtain the game video.To get the game's sound too, go to the "audio input capture device" section and select RAIDEN Stream Box Full HD from the list of suggested devices.

If you have a second monitor, you can connect it to the box via HDMI OUT (4) for dual display. The dual display allows you to play on a separate screen and enjoy a full-screen display for gaming, without being hindered by the on-screen indications of the streaming software.

Once the 3 devices are connected and assigned to the various sources in the software, you can make various adjustments:

- Choose a display theme suggested by the streaming software

- Mix the sound of different tracks (microphone, game sound...)

- Adjust the display of the camera's video overlay

- Set video definition (up to 1080p 60fps) in the parameters

- And, of course, record or broadcast live video.

To pay in 3 or 4 instalments at no extra charge, we offer Klarna and PayPal solutions. When confirming your order, select Klarna or PayPal as your payment method and follow the instructions to divide the total amount of your purchase into equal payments at no extra charge.

  1. At checkout: Choose the option "Pay in 3 instalments, free of charge" and enter your credit card details.
  2. After dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, Klarna will debit the first instalment from your card and send you a notification.

Pre-orders allow you to reserve a product before its official release. Here's how it works:

  1. Place a pre-order: Follow the same process as for a normal order.
  2. Shipment confirmation: Once the product is available, you'll receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.
  3. Payment: Payment for pre-orders is made immediately upon reservation.
  4. Delivery: Delivery times start from the date of availability of the product, indicated in the product description.

Modify my order

Once your order has been validated and paid for, you can no longer modify it directly on our site. If you wish to change your delivery information, please contact the carrier with your tracking link.

Cancel my order

Once your order has been validated, it is no longer possible to cancel it. Our automatic system immediately processes your order and forwards it to our logistics department for rapid preparation.

Return my order after receipt

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it. The cost of returning your order is borne by the customer.

To request a return, please contact us by email at contact@subsonic.com, providing the following information:

  • - Last name
  • - First name
  • - Email address
  • - Order number

The product must be returned in its original packaging. You will receive a refund of your order within 10 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us by email at sav@subsonic.com within three calendar days of receiving your order. In order to guarantee the best possible processing of your request, please provide us with the following information:

  • - Order number
  • - E-mail address
  • - Reference of the defective product
  • - Photos and/or videos of the faulty product

We will then propose a solution, such as a replacement or refund.

At Subsonic, we guarantee that our products, whether new or reconditioned, are free from manufacturing defects or malfunctions at the time of delivery. During the 2-year warranty period, we will, at our discretion and at no cost to you, replace or refund any product found to be defective, malfunctioning, or not meeting its technical specifications due to a manufacturing or component failure. In the event of replacement of a new or reconditioned product after thirty (30) days of use, we reserve the right to supply an equivalent reconditioned model.

Purchase from our authorized dealers

For Subsonic products purchased from our authorized dealers, the customer must retain the purchase invoice and contact the dealer where the product was purchased directly. The dealer will then be able to propose a suitable solution based on the warranty terms in force.

Warranty exclusions

The following are not covered by the warranty:

- Normal wear and tear due to ageing or regular use.

- Damage caused intentionally or by negligence (misuse, dropping, violent impact).

- Commercial use or excessive and unreasonable use of the product.

- Exposure to moisture, liquids or chemicals.

- Any modification or manipulation of the product, including attempts by the user to open, disassemble, customize, modify or repair it.

- Exposure of the product to extreme temperatures or conditions.

- Attempts to connect the product via non-conforming means (e.g. direct wall outlet or unsuitable wiring).

- Electrical damage caused by power surges, lightning or any other external source.

- Scratches, dents or other cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's operation.

4. deliveries

Shipping costs vary according to the total weight and destination of the order. Shipping costs are indicated when you confirm your order. You can check the amount of shipping costs in the order summary before confirming your order.

Shipping is the process of sending your order from our warehouse to your delivery address. Here's how it works:

  • Order processing: Once we've received your payment, we prepare your order for shipment.
  • Shipping: Your order is given to a carrier (such as Colissimo, DPD Predict, etc.) who delivers it to your address.

Delivery times :

  • Metropolitan France: Your order is dispatched within 24 working hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of payment and delivered within 2 working days.
  • Europe: Delivery takes between 2 and 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), depending on the destination country.

You will receive an email with a tracking link to check the status of your delivery online.

All orders are tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status of your parcel in real time via our partner carrier's website (Colissimo or DPD Predict).

My package is marked as delivered but I haven't received it

  1. Check the tracking link: Check the tracking of your package to see if it has been marked as delivered.
  2. Check around you: Ask your neighbors and look in your mailbox.
  3. Contact us: If you still can't find your package, send an email to contact@subsonic.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier to locate your package.

My parcel has been stolen

If you think your parcel has been stolen, contact us at contact@subsonic.com with the following information:

  • - A sworn statement
  • - A police report
  • - Your order number

I will be/was absent when my parcel is delivered

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, contact the carrier directly to inform them. In case of absence, the carrier will :

  • - Schedule a new delivery date
  • - Drop off your parcel at a relay point
