At Subsonic, we are committed to providing high-quality products that are tested and inspected before shipping. Our products come with a legal 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and technical malfunctions occurring under normal use conditions.

What our warranty covers
During the warranty period, if a product presents a confirmed manufacturing defect or a malfunction not caused by misuse, we will, at our discretion:

  • Provide remote troubleshooting (via guidance or diagnostic procedures),

  • Replace the product with a new or equivalent refurbished unit,

  • Or offer a refund if no other solution is possible.

Important: To be eligible for replacement or refund, the customer must cooperate with the diagnostic process. Refusing to follow the suggested solutions (resetting, updates, connection checks, etc.) may result in denial of warranty.

🚫 What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover the following cases, considered misuse or out-of-warranty damage:

  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, or intentional/accidental breakage,

  • Attempts to repair, disassemble, or modify the product by the user,

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., seat leather, sagging foam, less responsive buttons),

  • Exposure to abnormal conditions (humidity, excessive heat, liquids, power surges, etc.),

  • Use in professional or intensive settings not intended for the product (e.g., public gaming rooms, intense e-sports use),

  • Refusal to cooperate with the technical diagnostic.

🛍 Products purchased from a reseller
If your product was purchased from an authorized Subsonic reseller, please contact them directly for warranty support. Proof of purchase will be required.

🛠 Warranty process

  • Contact our customer service via [email/phone/website].

  • Our team will guide you through a remote diagnostic.

  • If a covered defect is confirmed, we will offer a solution (repair, replacement, or refund).

In case of replacement:

  • If the request is made within the first 30 days, a new product may be sent.

  • After 30 days, an equivalent refurbished product may be provided.
